I have a problem when trying to access my art that it is inside a folder called Art.

I gave it a try putting it on the root of the program.. making it just "stuff.bmp", and it worked that way, as in the image got loaded into the sprite.

How can i make the program load the art when it's in a folder?

Make sure you're string is "Art\\image.bmp" (notice the double slash). Single slash in C will treat the following character (in this case i) as a special character, which is not what you want.
