now then before some mod locks this thread
i actually have some ideas as to what it would be good for(and if the virtual.dat had symbols you might be able to do something)

1. would there be any way for you to use dbpro commands from dbp dll's using C/C++ even if it would rely on a few other dlls

2. simplifying C/C++ without a complete dependedcy on directx(the dll would depend but it could be like if no directx then dont use dll)

Get DarkSDK. It lets you use all of the commands in other programming languages.

Without a doubt you can do this. I do it with all my plugins, and I'm sure others do too!

A lot of known plugins created for dbpro don't depend on directx for creation.

yes, then you could take the plugins from the plugin folder and use it in C as if it was dbpro

No problem doing this. In the games I make, I write the entire game in C++ interfaced with DBP as a plugin. That's why all the DBP source code for everything I make is opensource: it's only one line long.
