You really have no idea on the time it would take to create those things, let alone animate them all...do you? A pack like that would run (if done even half-way decent) at least $20 depending on the number of animated models in the pack. On top of that any "free" models out there would have to be put into the proper format, which only a few here know how to do (I'm not one of them, yet).
Someone out there may do something like that, you never know.
