I browsed the forums but didn't see anyone mention it, so here's a plug from the source. The DarkBASIC book is out in stores now! To learn all about it browse to www.jharbour.com, and peruse the chapters, see some screenshots, or contact the authors. You can order the book from the following online sources:

Jonathan,

The book is a subject in at least two threads on the Newcomers forum. I have the book myself and have given my opinion of it a couple of times already.

Thanks for writing it, I am finding it very useful.

It's never as easy as it looks!

I have the book, i've only started it today, but so far i am finding it very well written and it's not a boring read either.

However, i'm trying to find FPSEngine on the CD-ROM, yet i can't find it. I see the other demos such as "Mr. Putts Mini Golf" and the Solar System Demo, but i can't find that one.

Ralph, Jesus didn't have wheels.
