Greetings. Rotation is controlled in an entity's .fpe file. Here's an excerpt from the minigun:

model = minigun.X
offy = 0
scale = 200
rotx = -5
texturepath = gamecore\guns\modernday\minigun\
textured = gun_D2.tga
reducetexture = -1
transparency = 1
isimmobile = 1
By default, X axis' rotation is set at -5. This can be changed to any value (rotation) that you want.
roty and
rotz lines can be manually added to the script if desired, to rotate these as well.
