i have purchased the full edition recently and when they sent me my download information, it looked like this. username: %USERNAME%
password: %PASSWORD% serial: %serial%. this does not allow me to log in with core ftp. i have wrote to them to see if this is correct, or what was what. they have not responded yet and i dont want to wait for the box version in the mail. did anyone else get this info when they ordered. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Those values aren't correct. Wait for the support staff to get back to you with the correct values.
