A nice facial animation tech demo . The model is by Snowy The Evil Snowman, I've just edited it.

Use mouse and spacekey to animate the clown.

thanks! I think! now I have coulrophobia , all you need is some of that popping up at unexpected instants during a game to leave most people wanting to ban circuses .

would seriously depend WHAT 256mb video card though - for example a 256mb gforcefx5200 will be WAY outerformed by a 128mb 9700pro (much older card, half the ram, but still better - as the 9700pro was a top of the line card at the time and the fx5200 was a bottom of the line budget range, even though its newer and has more memory)

With dbpro stuff the graphics card counts for 90% of system performance seemingly processor and ram make little difference if you gfx card is slowing it down...

(I'm not trying to flame anybody's hardware tho 124fps steady is still way more than enough, and the fx5200 is a very good little card - just not top of the line, even when brand new )

Argh PS Great demo love the style, and the clown is very un-nerving

My video card is a Nvidia GeForce 6200SE TurboCache 256mb
Not sure how this is supposed to perform. Hopefully what it is doing is what it is supposed to be doing (better if more). I woulnd't doubt if the card was broken. IT came from Costco.com

the 6200 series are very good for the price, however they are still the lowest end of the gefore 6x range.

For example a 256mb geforce 6800 Ultra has 16 pixel processors, 6 vertex prcessors, 256-bit bus width, GDDR3 memory, 400Mhz GPU and 1100Mhz Ram speed.

A 256Mb 6200 geforece 6200 however only has 4 pixel processors, 3 vertex processors, 64/128-bit Bus Width, GDDR memory, 300Mhz GPU and 275(550) Ram speed.

What does all that mean? Well the 6200 is a good budget card that will do everything you need, all direct x 9 effects, shader 3.0 etc, just not with as high a fps rate as a higher spec card in the same range. Does this acually matter? Well, I've played Doom 3 and HL2 perfectly smoothly at high detail on a 6200, so not really, unless you wanmt to show off when benchmarking

I play more than 2 animations in the same time . In fact, I just load 4 heads, store all datas and change the vertices of a 5th object with the vertexdata commands.
