I've made a gun in MilkShape 3D, it's animated and textured, but how do I rotate it so I can use it in FPSCreator?

I'll release the model, and the nessesary scripts and files when I get to the buttom of this problem...

When you say rotated, what do you mean? Did you use joints to animate?

I can tell you that you have to export a version in DirectX Retained Mode and Exclude the animation, for the pickup and editor item, and a version in DirectX Skin and Bones for the actual HUD item the player will use. These are both exported with the Directx(JT) exporter in Milkshape.

I'm not sure if this answers your question, so please clarify if it doesn't. I have the process down pat finally!

dont know if this is what you are asking or not but rotate the gun and position it in milshape the direction and position u want it to be facing in the game and save a new copy of it like that. never used fps so coulodnt help you with rotating it in that program

Everything is fine with the gun, but when it comes to in-game the gun dosen't show up on the screen... I think i has something to do with the positioning
