I was trying to get gun recoil in my game, and I finally decided I would TRY exporting an anim of the gun in blender with an extra exporter i got and....it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
http://projects.blender.org/frs/?group_id=24&release_id=210

I believe that is the exporter I used. I haven't tried exporting armatures yet but they supposedly work as well. Maybe yall already knew about this but till now that was my only gripe w/ blender

EDIT: download the 2.36 version, it works with 2.37a. Haven't tried it with 2.4a2

Im sick of Master Chief soo...ooga booga!!
Explain to me why some people pay money for 3d software? Its not 3d till its been blended. wwww.blender3d.org

Ok the file is called DirectX8Exporter235. For some reason you have to use the older version of the script for it to work.
Same site:
http://projects.blender.org/frs/?group_id=24&release_id=210

But download the 235 version instead of 236. It will still work with blender 2.37a.
Also, make sure the armature and mesh have same origin rot pos and scale. And material, bone, or v group names cannot have "."s in them, as blender automatically does. I was able to load a deforming cube into DBPro using this, but something seems to be wrong with a real model that I am working on not sure what.
