There would be absolutely 100% no limit to what story line you could create with the FPSC engine. Your question should be, "Do you have the skills to make the necessary assets to import into FPSC?". Realistically, making and importing a custom animated model could be done in 20 minutes.

Could be any amount of time - depending on what the models is. If you can make a model, skin and animate it and get it into FPSC in 20 minutes you will have to be an expert modeller or it would have to be a very simple model I would think. 20 minutes I would suggest is rather more than unrealistic for someone who asks such a question as the original poster.

Its not easy for an untrained modeller and gamemaker in many instances by any means.

Yes, it is possible for someone with about a week's experience in a 3d modeling application to get a simple humanoid custom animated model into a video game within 20-30 minutes. People who take up arms and say, "It can't be done" will never be able to do it. If you want to learn how, go to http://trepaning.com and download the Unreal 2004 character model video tutorial. If you want to keep believing it can't be done unless you're a pro, then cover your eyes, ears and mouth, and carry on with your beliefs.
