I've just finished a FPS with FPSC and now I wish to give it to my friends so we can play it over the internet together.

How would i do this?

Go to file-> build Game, and follow the instructions there. Also do yourslef a *huge* favor and check out the PDF manual about level exporting... it's right at the end of the first tutorial.
