FPSC Classic Product Chat / problem with textures

i want to edit the textures in fpsc but when i try to open the files in adobe photoshop i cannot find them. And they char texture maps are not in the texturebank?? andyone give me a little advise.

I think the textures might be stored as .DDS - which means you'd need the nVidia plugin for .DDS, which you'd get at nVid's site. It'll let you load and save DDS files - or in other words Direct X surfaces, compressed textures that support alpha and can have pre-calculated mip-maps.

Also though, I think some textures are stored in other places that might not make much sense - you just have to look in the right place then change the texture inside FPSC to your own versions.
