@Skalex you sound like someone on an advert

@Dark Coder, I only gave it a quick go

At ooga booga, all you do is select the object/Polygons you want hair on, create a new hair object, you can adjust the material settings if you want to, which include some of how the hair works, then you can use tools like brush, comb etc, and well from there you work like a virtual hairdresser, as you can see, I'd suck at hair dressing (Hence the straw hair ) but you only really control the hair controllers, not literally every single bit of hair Or i would be a strain on a lot of systems

lol no ^^ but the 3DS Max plugins are like 1000+$ per plugin, so 100£ is not so much

We all know Autodesk like ripping people off for a tonne of cash, see look they even sold the rights to 3DSMax to autodesk for a few billion dollars. But I agree it is cheap, which is why I love Maxon, they care for their customers more, I mean I recieved a nice little package with a few tutorials and a lot of info for the new Cinema 4D, all for free, I like their customer service

Shave and a Haircut Over complicates things in Cinema 4D... and its a right bugger to render!

I was looking at the Shave and haircut thing they were showing in the package I got today, it looked alright, but the new Hair module I think looks better, but I think the render is the same, where it goes

Prepare hair -> Render hair -> Render scene
Would be nice if it was
Prepare scene -> Render scene, 100quid the extra render time is worth the wait really
