You should probably be aware that many people are having problems of different kinds with all the popular programs at the moment.

The only program that is 100% guaranteed to work the way you want is 3ds Max.

I'm not complaining, it's just the way thngs are at the moment.

That said, Milkshape is cool and cheap. You really can't go wrong with this software considering it's price and ease of use.

instinct is more valuable than intelligence.....

can milkshape open and write the fps-creator's direct-x files (including the textures used in fps creator)?
can milkshape export the models to other 3d-formats such as 3ds max, cinema 4d maybe or even -eehm- poser?

I didn't think 3ds Max could open .X files...?

3DS Max can export .x with the PandaX exporter, but i dont think it can import.
