How can I make an objects grav kick in when it it touched or moved in some way.

Say you have a chair flowting in the air, when an explosive, or if something moves into it, it drops?

THANKS

There's a NOGRAVITY action in FPSC's scripting language.

Maybe tying it to the health of the object would work.

Not really specific, but it might get you started.
