I am interested in on how to create a Space Type map. I want to know if I can use different formats instead of BSP. Also, If I make a map how can I make a starting point? I don't have DBP but my friend does and we have no idea how to create this so called Starting point for the ships. Thanks if you know what I am talking about.
Thanks,
Brad

eh...if you want space just color the backdrop black and there ya go, infinite 3d space.

if you want stars, make a skybox with stars on it.

and to make a starting point...uh...its disturbingly simple....

just place the ship in a spot before your main loop, and he will start there

Darken the skies, we are god

Would you use BSP files, or X files to make this so called "3D Space"?

Thanks,
Brad
