Its looking good, but you gotta add some reflections on the car. Also, make the lights cast shadows so it looks more realistic. The car looks too rough, you dont' want to use a noise texture as a normal map for a car, unless you make it almost unnoticable. Also, since its just a render, dont' uvmap the car with colors, just assign groups of faces different materials. This way you can have a reflective car metal, a transparent window, bright lights, and so on. The wheels could do with a tread, and the platforms look very odd. Think about what you want them to be made out of, then just do a google image search for a textre of that type, or make it yourself. And also, before you start the next car, fix the part around the wheels! A couple simple extrudes should do the trick. You might as well give the hubcaps thickness as well. I know that 3ds max can do reflections and shaders so try using some of that, it will help a lot. Keep up the work!
