shouldent you post pics/renders of your previous work? say what types of models you are good at what poly ranges you like to work with, weather you can uv/skin the models etc etc.

I agree with BenDstraw, either post better work or wait until your skillz get better...

no offense really, but that shotgun look like it took about 5 mins to make...

we just don't want you to get your hopes up, since most people making games that are actually going to get finished to a certain degree of quality are going to want much better models than the one in your pic...
