In C using the % gives you the remainder of an integer,
Is this possible under Dark Basic or do I have to write a seperate function.

I don't know, but a command known as Modulus...in most languages known as MOD, is the opposite...gives you the division WITHOUT the remainder...ex: 5MOD2=2...I think you can devise a FUNCTION for your REMAINDER prob if there is no function already...
