Right, i was bored so i played some flash games. And i found this! Its a game were you shoot people but cant move. It uses fps backrounds!!!! is this illegal if it was made the a person who didnt take the screenshot?

dont assume cause ull make an ass out of you and me!

Woah, that's really weird!

As for illegal issues, I'm not quite sure. It could all be a misunderstanding, and I'm not positive how the license goes. Maybe the person owns FPSC and used the media, though I don't know if that's illegal or not (probably is).
