i have this problem on transaction page (on image)

i have a reloadable card, this card work on Visa circuit, it has always worked on internet transaction.

how I can make?

By reading that message I think you should speak to your bank, not TGC.

I'm pretty sure I know everything. Doubts are something rare in me and I am never wrong, as this signature can prove.
