The reason I ask for a list is so that I do not have to keep asking. It is a nuisance to say the least but I am new to this entire thing. Any help would be appreciated. I apologize to the moderators for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Programs, as in 3D Modelling? Well Blender is Mac compatible, for making games, not a bloody clue, tried searching myself, even for decent non free ones there weren't many. But blender has a weirdo GUI, but you'll get your head around it

click the apple icon in the top left of your screen
click the "MACosx software"

theres tonnes of software if you look around

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 
