i loaded a model that i got frome a website into my game and now it looks like a Eeg how do i fix that?

yeah i think i finaly learned how to import models made with milkshape.john Y how do i make them biger. they are to tiny in the game they look like a speck of dirt. and sorry for posting this in the wrong place
