I can try to give you a hand and unwrap it right after christmas. Would that be helpfull?

I'm pretty sure I know everything. Doubts are something rare in me and I am never wrong, as this signature can prove.

In Ultimate Unwrap 3d to give a model UV coords just select the entire model and select box unwrap and thats it.
It should be the same with any unwrapper, box is'nt always the best option but its a start.

What did you model it in? If Max add a UVW Mapper modifier then a UVW Unwrap modifier and click the edit in the UVW UNwrap roll out. If your using a free program like Uv Mapper Classic it will say there are no definable corrdinates would you like to create some. Youd click "yes" of course and then you can then go in and click Edit>New Uv Map> and choose the best mapping for your model, be it planar, box, ect.

Heres links to 2 free UV mapping progs:

someonerules: Thank you
Vlad: Yes it would be helpful
JimB: I'll try that and thank you
Locrian: I modeled it in LightWave 8.3 and thanks for the links

If I can get the UV coordinates working I will release it for free for FPSC users.

Here is the model if anyone wants to fix it. It's in 3DS format. Tell me if you need it in a different format, not max though.

I used Ultimate Unwrap 3D and chose the box map option.

Ultimate Unwrap 3D is'nt free, although the authors first version
is Lithium Unwrap but is not as easy to use.
