Am I right that I think .dds is texture format of some of FPSC's characters?
So my question is what program do I need to open and edit .dds files???

Please answer as soon as possible!

One more question!
How I can use edited .dds files as textures of characters?
And where should I save edited textures? I saved them in texturebank and they didn't work!
Do I need to do something to .fpe file?

There is a free plugin available for PhotoShop and Paint Shop Pro that allows you to work with DDS files. Just Google it. IrfanView is a really great viewer that will display DDS files and allow you to crop them, etc., but it does not have an edit feature.

make sure you edit the .FPE file and modify the directory pointers to your files.
