Hello everyone , here is my first character model , it is SUPER LOW POLYGON , becouse game space light exports up to 650 polyg and i`m planning to do this within that..

262 polygons - for now.

I know it isn`t very nice , but i tryed to make it to look like a game low polyg character .

p.s. soon it will have uvw mapping textures , and animation , if anyone wants it...

I`m thinking about making several animations (run , walk , jump , etc...) , that might be usefull for someone , right ?

Its ok for start, i think you could get away with some more geometry on the head. Also the feet could be a little thicker.

Im sick of Master Chief soo...ooga booga!!
Explain to me why some people pay money for 3d software? Its not 3d till its been blended. wwww.blender3d.org

Using premade and animated characters are no fun! Lol, but I dunno if anyone has posted that, although it is highly likely.

isn't mexican just spannish? Anyway, whats the fun in being a modeller, when you use other people models, I've had people offering me models that would cost money for free, I get a lot of free models/textures free on the 3Dworld magazine disks, and only have only opened the texture files.

Its a very basic start, I wasn't a fan of gameSpace light, TrueSpace was okay, but I could never really model anything complex in it, before you start modelling characters I would try less complex things and get used to it, although you could use that as a place holder until you can make one you'll be proud of
