OK, becoming very fustrated.

I know how to import models and textures. The problem I have is that some models do not appear to have textures in FPSC while others do. I've checked my paths and edited the fpe file, changed from tga to dds - resized etc. Everything is in the right place...

I used the 3ds to x convertion program on here to convert all my models.

Any help would be appreciated!

Make sure that your original .3ds models don't have more than one material group. FPSC doesn't like multiple materials and usually responds by ignoring all of them, leaving you with a white model even if it's correctly UV mapped and has a texture assigned.

ARGH! I didnt think of that. Yes, they have more than one, and I thought I axed em, but didn't. Now to edit the .x files manually

Thanks for the head slap - very much appreciated.
