I can tell you from experience that I doubt anyone will tell you anything useful, as I myself am learning.

Trying to figure out how to animate right now... will let you know if I get it working.

well, let someone know what you want to be animated bolt moveing back and forward, shell caseing coming out, it turning on you and shooting and rotateing to the ground and turning to dust.
There all kinds of free and very cheap 3D moleding programs.
get one and play with it.

well one thing i can say is you have like 20 textures for the gun (Clip, Body, Stock).....it has to be only one texture.

BTW: You might just want to learn how to model and texture your self because finding lowerpoly models with one texture is really hard.)

Stop. Double. Posting. Please.

TrueSpace animate guns like you walk, it's really easy. But sorry i don't think it will be easy for you... you seems... *cou*no*ob*gh*
And animating is long. And hard for most of the FPSC Users. Even professionals, and experienced users like me.

If you give me the texture as a SINGLE IMMAGE FILE, and permison to use it in my games, I'll do my best.

You can have multiple textures as long as the FPE file points to nothing, and the .X file specifies what textures to use when. I've done it. my tree pack uses that logic

From the looks of it, you are missing a face or 2

EDIT
I also used the same reference picture as you and it took me about 15 minutes. This is 456 polys.

My game? ChaosZone? It's not made in FPSC, it's made in DBPro. Also, i'm really busy with other work.

Hey king,
I put your swat R. in my game just to see what it look like.
here it a little out of place, seeing it on a starship 500 years from now. It does look nice.
