Keep searching the forums because I know these questions have been discussed in detail.
(1) An Entity's Texture's Path is defined in the Entity's FPE file.
The Entity's FPE File is usually located in the same folder as the Entity's Model. (X file)
I usually keep the textures right there in the same folder as the Model and it's FPE.
(2) The
HUDS are kept in the
languagebank\english\gamecore\huds Folder.
I usually make a subdirectory there called
user so you end up with
languagebank\english\gamecore\huds\user as your folder for your custom HUDS.
You have to create the HUD in a script before you can Show it.
You can find out more about those specifics if you keep searching it.
Of course the
languageenglish part of the path may need to be changed in your case.
