here are some of the characters that I'm making for a scifi-ish RPG I'm making :

this guy's named ajiro, but I'm still looking for a good name so feel free to suggest!

not sure what to name her, anyone have suggestions?

so far she has no body yet, LOL

By the way I am trying for a realistic anime look, how am I doing?

Thanks!

Any ideas for naming them? I'm terrible at naming characters and I really can't seem to come up with anything that sounds good.

Awsome models. The female model reminds me of the film Resident Evil. Reminds me of the woman who was is it.

You could call the Guy Niveus as that is Latin for White and the woman Alice as that is the name of the woman in Resident Evil.

Yeah, I'm thinking about getting that new program that simplifies animation for you by using physics and such, now what was it called again...

Anyway, I think I've come up with a name for the girl: Genoa, pronounced Jen-No-Ah

what do you think?

hm...it seems familiar...it might just be me.

shouldn't the pronounciation be Jen-oh-ah because it would be hard to pronounce the n 2 times in a row. Also, what syllable is the accent on? The Jen, or the No? They sound totally different.

It probably reminds you of Jenova or however you spell it from FF7

don`t know..but i have poser , it is great for animation (only trouble is that it exportes each frame into seperate .3ds file) , and i don`t know how much it costs (i`we got it as a gift) , but i think it`s affordable.

nice work, migh thave some trouble animating the male body, cause it looks like some jagged edges where there shouldn't be there might get in your way. But otherwise good work, can't wait to see them up and running.

Cool, thanks.

Do you want the hi-res version of the texture(1024x1024) or the low-res version (512x512) on it?

a little static looking...? But the rest looks good, dodic add some animations to him and he will look great.

the atmosphere, though kind of blank looks good too with the fog and all.

that is a matrix kind of game , and model is animated and i just need to "run" it (code it in db) , i don`t really mean like matrix , but it will be a little like "special" guys , that guy will have some special fighting skills , maby some "powers" too , and you will play a role of a Robot , a robot in a serie of robots who were ruffly torchered by humains(some country) , they were "soldiers" for that country , but they just were smart and didn`t want to fight for them , to kill people for them , so peoples "kiled"all the robots , except one , and that "Guy" from the picture is the one who ordered robots to be created / torchered / "killed" and he has like special strenght somehow... so you are that last remining robot , so the point of the game is first to kill all who worked on that projects , and then killing the "boss" (the "guy") , it will be like FPS , but with good story (i hope) ...
