Patch 4 Build 6 (!) was released onto DBDN today. We're very confident this is the final build.

Cheers,

Rich

"We're very confident this is the final build."

Lee was confident that DBP wasn't buggy 6 months ago

Seriously, that is excellent news

Is Build 6 looking OK for a final release soon?

Also - How much slower is P4.6 than P4.1?

It looks like there will be a P4 Beta7.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

A few minor issues but also a DX problem which is not directly related to DBpro but is a bug within DX which Lee is waiting for info from the DX team.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

Thanks... but can you be a bit more specific please?

To be honest though, I think that it is very inconsiderate of Lee not to tell us what is happening with P4 - being a carrier medium is not Rich's & Fireburst's job.

News filters through all mediums & I think Lee realises this. I would prefer Lee concentrate on the coding side and let others handle PR.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

Well, rich seems to be the ONLY one handling PR... in fact besides Rich, PR is non-existant. I shouldn't have to pay for DBDN and such just to get some simple PR should I?

Well, they've already given us the official word: "it's out when it's ready". Simple as that. Patience, my young friend. Asking won't make it get here any faster.

I hope!

I heard they are going into 7, but hey, the more we wait, the more bugs get fixed,

here is my suggestion: go into 8!! fix 20+++++++ more bugs, everyone will be happy!

Cheers.

Luckily I have the P4 beta - ZomBified - I suggest that you email Lee and ask him to send it to you - it worked for me
