Iv created and ainmated an MP5 Navy, something quite similar to the MP5 used in CS/CSS.

Iv exported into .x using Panda's Exporter in 3DS Max 8 and used the uzi's file's with the nessary change's. Iv placed the MP5 entity in a level and ran upto and it look's ok (other than the obvious size problem) but when you pick it up, the texture's are quite strange, and it seem's to load the uzi model. Please ignore the HUD image from the screencap's.

Any idea's?

make sure you have changed the FPE file to point to the correct texture and model mesh.
