..because when i try to get access to it, it tells me my serial and email combination is wrong.

i know this sound stupid. but i only have 4 email accounts and none of them works. and i know the website says that this offer closed at november 2005.

now here is my problem and reason for trying to downlaod it:

i won a copy of the EA version from a competition.
so, i have EA version burned on a cd now.
i downloaded v1 some while ago and left it on my hd.
now i would like to try it out, but it tells me the file have a crc error and cannot be read.
i think "yeah well, atleast i can download it again".
but it seems not.

what do i do?

ps. i never got the free model pack you guys promised
