Is there a dll that will blur parts of the screen if an object is a certain distance from the 'focus point'? I want it to make more realistic cinematic sequences.

i believe the dx sdk has an example of how to do this, i can't remember how it was done though, it would just be a case of wrapping it in a dll

as of prebuilt ones i do not know of any
