What Vlad says is true.
Prior versions may be used for commercial or non-commercial use. That's how it was outlined during the release.
However, from version 2.5 on, there will be a Lite version (non-commercial) which is freeware and Professional version (which is a low cost $14.95 commercial/non-commercial version)
Also to note, the older versions are not to be re-distributed in any form per the license agreement. So no one should be placing it up anywhere for download.
Why The Change?
Time is money, and asking 14.95 per commercial copy is nothing when you look at other commercial licenses. That small part helps me to continue work on FPSPack adding features and requests.
Version 2.5 covers a major registration key flaw, and a few other minor fixes. The Lite version is free, and will remain that way. However, it will not contain all the features that the Pro version does and will not be updated as often unless for bug fixes.
