In my game I would like an NPC to actually say something, now I know this has been done but I can't find it on the boards. I found one but it didn't work. Can anyone help me, In depth,please.

By talking do you mean audio or subtitles?
I know Benjamin A made an excellent Script that Iv never had any problem's with.

If I recall right he's done diffrent version's sto support diffrent need's.
