Is there any way to make a gun that will shoot a decal at a slower speed. Like a modified rocket launcher? For Plasma guns, BFG's and flame thrower effects.

me too!

I don't think so i'm afraid because a decal is a number of images strung together to make an animation; even if you could lower the speed, the decals would then look very jurky.

You could make a muzzle flash that went all the way to the croshair that looked like a flamethrower or BFG. I think it might work, im not sure.
