OK, I am not kidding. (nor am I drinking or smoking something I shouldn't)

I have never touched the thug model until yesterday. I placed him in a game level, tested it. He looked fine. I built the game level and he turned into a banana.

How do I fix this? How do I just reinstall the thug model? And why the heck would a thug choose to be a banana?

Maybe thats the problem....Just kidding.

Check the FPE and make sure it has the proper paths.
Your Thug FPE has to be calling the Banana Model instead of the Thug.
The Paths in the FPE are the only way I can think this would happen.
Unless it simply got corrupted in the Build.

Have you changed the names of, or removed, any FPSC folders?

Somehow during the building of the game, something happened to redirect the model I was using (Thug) to the banana health model. It is fine in a test but as soon as the game is build, something goes wrong.

Haven't figured it out yet...FPE and locations are all OK before build.

Maybe I should start drinking and smoking!

LOL, best thread I have read all day. I got a great laugh!

Could be an FPE issue. Delete the directory where your final build is and rebuild. Maybe a file is not being over-written.

Sure, my misery is your pleasure.

If this happens to anyone else, delete the thug model and reinstall him and all build areas in your game. It seemed to work.
