Ok, I don't know if its a bug or what, but when I run my arena games, it comes up with the single player menu! And then if I hit new game, it places me in a random place with no controls working except I can look around with the mouse!

Have you read the manual? If you cannot find the answer in there:
-Did you actually make it with FIle-->New Arena?
-Did you put a Player Start Marker in AND a Character Entity for the other player?
If these are not your problem, then I don't know.

It's a bug with the multiplayer part of FPSC I'm afraid...you'll have to wait until they do a patch for it.
