The website is written in traditional chinese, and says something like this.
The reason this website is not active must be one of the reasons below.
reason 1: (cant really understand)
reason 2: You were housing pornographic or unsuitable material not allowed by the registration code given at the time of purchasing your domain name.
reason 3: all it says is "trash" not sure what this means
reason 4: Website/domain name already taken.
reason 5: (dunno what this says)
reason 6: Some thing about the user agreement was not met. The website was either not payed for or something. It basically says it didnt meet the standards set by the company who sold the site name.
Then it goes on to say something along the lines of:
You didnt meet the terms of the "?? Net Information ??? Document Management Law" and you site will be shut down if you do not change this within a set amount of time.
It gives the date March 20th,2005... that must be the date of purchase, or the date when they stopped the website from running.
Then it says
if you want this domain name email this adress below: Info@beian.org.cn
I hope this was helpful, obviously something about the site didnt meet the user agreement... mightve been a bandwidth problem... Anyways the program sounds useful
