Hi,
I downloaded the source code, Opened my DarkBasic Pro, Load the File and Then Compile.
It created a exe, when i double click on it its only shows a balck screen.
Can someone guide me step by step to compile the source code and make it work.
Thanx
Vlad

You did everything ok I think. But calling the EXE doesn't do anything. It is used when you build your game from the editor.

The only lazy people that can complete games are genius. You don't look like a genius, so you better stop being lazy.

You'll also have to make some changes to one of FPSC's ini files. I forget what though.

You have to modify 2 files in the \file\languagebank\english\textfiles directory:

In fsp-050.txt:
Make sure you have the following 4 lines at the end of the file:

In fsp-050.ini:
Enter the last number that was in fsp-050.txt, in this case it is the number 629.

I am having a problem with this aswell.

I compile the unedited source code, and when I try and test my game in FPSC, a black screen comes up and nothing happens... also, the compiled file is a different file size then the origional fpsc-game.exe, but I didn't change anything.
