Can anyone make this a .x for me? I tried with the .3ds to .x convertor and it froze. I know there are a lot polygons too, is it possible to lower the amount of polygons? Thanks

If there are a lot of polygons FPSC will crash. Or it may run really slowly when you build your game. Get in 3dmax and reduce your polys and reskin it. You may also want to grab a 3rd party program to reduce the polycount.
