3 Dimensional Chat / fragmotion makes my character deformed

When I export my character from fragmotion it makes him all weird and deformed what am I doing wrong?????

Still some bugs in the software. Check the Fragmotion forums to see what works, what doesnt. I've had some problems with .dbo exports. X works so far except for one bug. The exports are flipped Left to Right.

Some things to check.
1. All verts are assigned to bones?
2. Bones are all connected to the hierarchy?

Do some simple tests first. Cylinder with a couple of bones, with a bit of animation. Easier to see where things are going wrong.

I had this problem before, but I can't remember what the issue was. Are you using X or dbo?

I'll dig around and see if I can find what I was doing before. Hopefully get back to you on the weekend.

I can take a look at your .ugh file for you. You can upload it here or mail it to me if you want.

I worked it out i needed the lates .x exporter and a few setting tweaks. You would think they would bundle up their software with the latest updates though.
