if you dont sell it its perfectly legal but if you modify the soundtrack like make some of the songs somewhat different then i believe its legal to sell... i mean thats how they came around with generic cereal...apple jacks= about 5$ here.... apple dapple=about 1.50....just change certian bits like they did and itll be all cool

I wonder how is it free if you dont sell it ?

Lets say you take they`r music and models , or only models , and then make a great game , and infect selling of unreal becouse of your game..(not likely but possible) , and that`s legal ? - becouse people have this strange habbit to like free more then commercial.
