Do not expect it any time soon.... Also Cellbloc Studios is having some problems with the save/load feature. He wrote a detailed post here

I really do hope Riker9 will be released, but I'm not placing my trust in it anymore or make myself and my projects depend on it (like many do around here), in the end it may well be the wrong bet. I'm taking FPSC as is and try to finish my projects with it's shortcomings and work arounds.
Besides, TGC has promised an update(s) and even talked about a vw version(s), that excites me much more, even though it may be a while.
