Is there any freeware character animating program in witch i can load my character model , and easily animate it to walk , if there is please give me the name or link or anything...

blender perhaps - but if you want a really good program then in the majority of cases you are going to have to get you wallet out; there are very few cases where free stuff beats the high price stuff, you get what you pay for
