Hi,
I have a lot of .vob models (actually they are mesh files in .vob format) that I use with my 'Vue D'esprit' program.

Can anyone change them into FPSC segmets and Entities so that EVERYONE can enjoy them for Free?

Barells, aliens, weapons, generators, stuff, marines, Alien Forklift (from the movie Alien), computers, desks, trains, rails, walls, roofs, floors, plants, trees, terrains, bottles, bathrooms, iron carriager, iron stuff, statues, boxes, crates e.t.ch...

there is a thread that says 'an even better 3d converter'. Try and see if that works.

.VOB is the file extension for Vue objects, I believe.

Hi,
I am affraid converting these models will not be easy. Vue d'Esprit does not export anything except for terrain models. Vue Infinite offers export functionality, but in practice it works fine with primitives. All models imported from other apps like Poser, 3DS, ... and saved in Vue's native format (not created within Vue) cannot be exported. Anyway, you might check if your models can be exported to *.3ds or *.obj from Vue Infinite.
I've never heard of other apps able to read *.vob.
