I have the Panda Exporter 4.3.0.47 in conjunction with 3dsmax 5 and when I export my animated figure and try to play it in a Dark SDK project the animation doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to get the animation to work?

Use physique, not biped, thats what works with the panda exporter.

I'm just using some objects that I attached to a set of bones. I'm not trying to export the bones, even, just the objects and their changes in position/rotation for the exported ticks.

In order to use physique you need to use either biped or a set of bones. As for how it works for me, i need to export the bones/biped, because, its the bones/biped thats animated, and the model follows the bones/biped when physique is used, so you need to export the bones. To disable the appearance of the bones in the exported model, just select the entire set of bones/biped, and set off the renderable option within its properties. That way, bones/biped won't be renderable, but the keys of the animation will be exported, and so the model will be animated. It does work for me, so....

Panda + Max 8 seems to be working fine with the method mentioned above....

I used the method you described, and it very nearly works except that now when I load the program only part of the mesh is visible.
