I was going to ask the same question, mate ,

Theres a thing that a user on this forum made (I can't remember what he/she was called) called FPS Weapon Creator or something like that, you can get it but you have to buy it which is the bummer , but why waste money on that when you can learn how!

So, how do you? Lol...

i made this tutorial it shows you the method for box modelling weapons

and it shows you what files are required to get new guns in to fpsc

by the way you will have to have a animation on the gun and have it positions correctly

yep crows tut is very useful also u can import a FPSC gun ie tommygun and drag your model to it...to rig animation...

What are the correct alignment's you need in max for weapons? Does everything need to be centered on the origan?
