You can do it the easy way, with an FPI Script.
Just use a Hud to display it, and make the hud the same size as the screen and center it.
If you want rolling credits then you can use an AVI file.
With this method you can use a third party utility to create your AVI movie then import it into FPSC.
The import is a simple Action in an FPI Script. (not hard)
It does have a bug though. The player won't be able to do a
New Game to start again.
There are many ways to do it.
I use the Hud method with multiple Huds.
The FPI Script can be a great substitute for the AVI bug.
You have music, sounds, and even fadeouts if you want with the Actions available.
I prefer FPI Scripts to the AVI method.
I am working now on getting crude animation with them using multiple huds.
The plan is to animate the basic shapes for pronunciation for 2 mouths. (1 male and 1 female)
Then, they will be overlaid over various character faced backgrounds.
One set of mouth animation could be re-used for an infinite number of characters.
No, this is not my idea. Ray Harryhausen invented it when creating his "Mother Goose" series of animation.
Only he used whole facial expressions with multiple expressions for each character.
That was all done in still frame photography then though.
Remember
Speed Racer? They used Ray's method too.
I want to use Japanese styled art for the characters and hopefully their market will like it.
This was an idea to get around that AVI bug for my Cut Scenes, but it can be used for more.
I'm getting way off the topic of your question.
Use an FPI Script is may advice like I suggested back at the top.
It's a quick and easy method.
